Receiving
"Giving Is Receiving" is the slogan of the Raja Amandari Sabungan Lumban Tobing Foundation, a form of gratitude for blessings, health, the breath of life, and all the gifts from God. Raja Amandari Sabungan Lumban Tobing's role in the history of Christianity in Batak Land is inseparable from his encounter with and acceptance of the German missionary, Ingwer Ludwig Nommensen, which led to the introduction of the Gospel to Batak Land.
The courage, determination, and sincerity of Raja Amandari Sabungan have become a spiritual gateway for God's work of salvation for the people of Silindung, Tarutung, North Tapanuli. May Raja Amandari's example live on through this foundation. "Giving is Receiving" has become a value of sharing and working, bringing prosperity to the Batak people and extending it to all other communities.

Exemplary Student Award
The Amandari Foundation continues support for education through the Amandari exemplary students award for elementary, junior and senior high school levels.
Amandari Teacher Award
We proudly present the Amandari Teacher Award to outstanding teachers who have given their best service and dedication to improving the quality of education.
Courses & Study Groups
Amandari Foundation forms study groups and provides learning facilities and instructors for English Class for free to improve expertise and skills.
Fruit & Fish Cultivation
The Amandari Foundation encourages local communities to become more empowered through fruit cultivation programs such as citrus, pineapple, fish seed sowing, and development centers.
Building a Culture of Literacy
The Amandari Foundation built Taman Bacaan as a library or book resource for the community and a fun place to learn, for the development of a culture of literacy.
Cultural Preservation
The Amandari Foundation strives to preserve cultural heritage through teaching Batak script, as well as holding cultural group discussions and Batak script reading and writing competitions.
